St Luke’s Hub is a community space focussing on digital and financial inclusion in Kennington. They want the local community to feel strong and confident about their finances: whether this is starting and sustaining paid work, managing household budgets, or accessing the right support services. They empower people to support each other and devise creative solutions to the problems that they face.
Here are the ways they can help.
Money Works – Budgeting Workshop
Tuesday 6 March, 10am to 1pm
The workshop will help you deal with debt, conquer credit and control your cash.
Communicate with Confidence (in partnership with Morley College)
Monday and Wednesday 19 – 28 March (4 sessions), 10am – 12.30pm
Want to get better at saying what you want, what you really, really want?
The course will teach you how to recognise your own skills, qualities and strengths, deal with personal barriers and have the confidence to make tricky phone calls, speak in job interviews and get your message across clearly and calmly.
One-to-One Money Coaching
They can sit down with you on an informal and friendly basis and help you sort out your money worries, improve your budgeting skills, get the best deals and deal with debts and benefits. Don’t suffer alone, contact them to make an appointment.
