Mental health support available in Lambeth

This is a quick snapshot of some of the mental health support available in Lambeth.

Living Well Network Hub

You can speak to staff at the Hub about your mental health needs. Staff there will be able to offer support, or refer you on to another service. This could include medication, psychological treatment, or recommending a group/ activity that can help. The hub is open Mon—Fri 9am—5pm.

Mosaic Clubhouse

Mosaic Clubhouse supports people who are living with a mental health condition in Lambeth. The Clubhouse offers its members and visitors a wide range of volunteering opportunities, access to education & employment crisis support information and signposting to other local organisations.

Lambeth & Southwark Mind

Provides a confidential telephone and email Information Service that aims to help people make informed choices about a range of mental health related services. Mon—Thurs 10am – 5pm.

Solidarity in a Crisis

Solidarity in a Crisis is an out-of-hours Peer Support service in Lambeth. Mon– Fri 6pm– midnight, Sat— Sun midday—midnight

Talking therapies (SLaM: Improving Access to Psychological Therapies)

Offers talking therapies for people experiencing mild to moderate depression, general anxiety and worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, traumatic memories and obsessive compulsive disorder. They also offer help with other problems including anger, eating, and relationship or sexual difficulties.

SLAM recovery college

Offers courses free of charge to people who use SLaM services, their carers and people who have been discharged in the last six months.

Community Support Network

Community Support Network provides in-patient, community and forensic advocacy services. Advocacy exists to empower and enable service users to have more say in their treatment and care and to exercise their rights.
