(B)old moves: dance for dementia

Try something different, meet new people and have fun on a new nine-week dance for dementia programme. You’ll have a chance to learn dance skills in the weekly workshop sessions and you can try out your moves at the fabulous monthly social tea dances.

Bring along a companion, including carers, friends or family members.

Workshops take place every Wednesday 10am – 12noon for nine weeks. The course is free.
