Have you used an online pharmacist?

Online Pharmacists – Tell the Lambeth Patient Participation Group Network your experiences.

Many of us are increasing using technology to help manage our health – from healthcare apps and e-consulting; to booking appointments and re-ordering medicines online.

A growing trend is that many of us are using online services to order repeat prescriptions for regular medication without having to visit the GP. Using online services can often be more convenient and save time.

The Lambeth Clincial Commissionng Group meeting discussed the many concerns people have with receiving unsolicited communication from an online pharmacy called Pharmacy2U Ltd, who are regulated by The Care Quality Commission (CQC). Click here for their recent CQC report.
The Network wants to find out whether you have received communication from this or similar online firms offering these services.

Are you using their services and what is your experience? Email them at info@lppgn.org.uk or call Cheryl on 020 7326 1586.
