Transport for All are looking to hear from older people and disabled people who have experience of using, or trying to use, patient transport recently.
Transport for All, an organisation dedicated to champion the rights of older and disabled people to travel in London, have received lots of phone calls from disabled and older people who have been denied patient transport services by the Royal Free Hospital. They are concerned that others may be facing a similar issues and want to hear from people who have booked, or tried to book, patient transport within London in the last year.
