The Camberwell Sexual Health Centre has new opening hours.
Monday and Tuesday 8am – 3pm
Wednesday 12pm – 7pm
Thursday and Friday 10am – 5pm
Closed on weekends and public holidays.
The new opening hours are shorter than the previous times. To ensure that people are still able to get the sexual health services that they need there are new ways to access the service.
Online services – Online testing for STIs are available, and the centre will soon launch an online contraceptive service for women to access the contraceptive pill – either for the first time or as a repeat prescription.
More appointments – You will be able to book a time to be seen, these appointments will be available during the walk-in opening hours. A special provision is being made for long- acting reversible contraception (LARC) appointments, as these are the most effective and reliable forms of contraception.
Virtual clinics – The centre will be trialing virtual clinics; which are consultations over the phone supported by STI testing or contraception that can be ordered online. These phone consultations will be available outside of our opening hours which means you will still be able to contact us for help even when the clinic is closed.
