Consultation on Services for Children with Disabilities in Lambeth

Are you are parent or carer of a child with disabilities? Lambeth Council wants to hear from you.

Lambeth Borough Council is seeking views specifically of parents and carers of children with disabilities about the various services we offer and the proposed levels (‘continuum’) of need. Please share your views with us by completing the survey on the webpage linked below. If you would like to attend an event to share your personal experiences, please include your details at the end of the survey.
