    We visited Collingwood Court Nursing Home, unit for people with mental health problems and a palliative care unit. Almost all the residents had dementia or dementia like symptoms.

    A visit to this extra care housing facility was carried out to seek the views of residents (particularly those with dementia) about the services and also how they accessed health and care services from the community.

    We spoke with women who have experienced violence or sexual violence, or have been in touch with the criminal justice system. They shared their individual journeys with us, telling us about the barriers and challenges faced.
  4. Report -

    We conducted the survey to understand patients’ experiences of using primary care services. The results were fed back into the whole “transforming primary care discussion” on a local and regional level.
