    In partnership with the Lambeth Council and Lambeth Made we evaluated the Early Help pilot in Streatham. Reframing Early Help Programme aims to improve the Early Help offer to enable families to receive high quality, whole-family support.

    Healthwatch Lambeth is doing a maternity project, engaging with women and birthing people from different backgrounds, communities and neighbourhoods, especially those from seldom heard groups and communities.

    Healthwatch Lambeth has today published "Trust Mother's Words," a report based on a research project funded by SEL Local Maternity and Neonatal services (LMNS) exploring the maternity care experiences of women from Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, refugees, migrant and asylum-seekers, women living in areas of high deprivation and women with learning disabilities.

    This research explored the experience of mothers from Lambeth with mild to moderate mental health problems during the perinatal stage, before and after giving birth, and what support was available to them.

    Over the past year, we have been working with Lambeth Council on a project looking into how home care can be improved. The aim was to use design approaches to find ways for home care to be more joined up with other services and to empower people.

    King’s College Hospital, CliniQ’s Tuesday service is at the Caldecot Centre, 15-22 Caldecot Road, London, SE5 9RS. It is open every Tuesday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

    Guy’s and St Thomas’s have launched a sunflower lanyard for their patients and staff. The sunflower lanyards are for people who have a disability that you might not be able to see, and for people who might need extra help.

    The trust was rated ‘requires improvement’ for being safe, effective, responsive and well-led. It was rated ‘good’ for being caring, following the inspection in January and February 2019. Their previous overall rating was also ‘requires improvement'.

    Here you can find all past issues of the LLDA newsletter. The newsletter has useful information for Lambeth people with Learning disabilities. It also introduces new services and talks about issues that local people with learning disabilities share.

    Central London Works (CLW) is a voluntary employment support programme designed to help residents of London boroughs including Lambeth, with a health condition (or who are long-term unemployed) manage their health conditions and look for employment.

    The new Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham Sexual Health Partnership aims to increase awareness of sexual health promotion services available to people from BAME backgrounds in the boroughs.
