Groups, committees and boards we are represented on:

Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group (LCCG)

Representative: Catherine Pearson, our Chief Executive Officer

Lambeth CCG commissions (buys) hospital and community health services, but not primary care services like GP and dentist services. It is a membership organisation made up of Lambeth GPs, so it also has responsibility to ensure the quality of its own GP members’ services. The CCG is chaired by a local GP and a board made up of two GP representatives from each locality.

Healthwatch Lambeth has a co-opted, non-voting seat on the CCG, along-side two other non-executive lay directors.

Lambeth Health and Wellbeing Board

Representative: Catherine Pearson, Chief Executive

This group sets the overall direction for local health and care services, to ensure they are joined up and meet the needs of Lambeth residents. Members include Councillors and Council staff, the Chief Executive Officer of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital and representatives from the NHS Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS England and Healthwatch Lambeth.

Our representative on the Health and Wellbeing Board take a formal seat as a full member with the same executive decision making powers as every other Board member.

Lambeth Safeguarding Adults Partnership Board

Representative: Catherine Pearson, Chief Executive

Catherine is the Board's Vice Chair. She also chairs the Board’s Community Reference Group, which brings together local voluntary and community organisations and people who have used safeguarding to increase awareness of adult safeguarding within the community.
