Dying Matters Week, coordinated by Hospice UK, is a UK-wide chance to talk about dying, death and bereavement as a natural part of everybody’s life cycle.
Dying Matters Awareness Week, running from 10 - 16 May 2021, is a chance for coalition partners, organisations and individuals to come together and open up the conversation around death, dying and bereavement.
The Advance Care Planning Consortium will be running the following events during the week:
- Monday 10th May Zoom Death Café with the Advanced Care Planning Consortium-join us for a friendly informal session to chat with others about any aspect of death you would like to explore 12-2pm on zoom.
Event is free but registration through the link is required
- Thursday 13 May Lambeth Advance Care Planning Day will take you through how you can plan ahead for your future care and treatment or support those you work with to do so. People often leave it until it is too late to make plans. Take advantage of this free, local offer and ensure your end of life wishes or the wishes of those you care for, are understood and recorded.
