What help is available?

The Local offer provides information about health, education and social care for children and young people who have SEND and their parents and carers. There is also information for health, care or education professionals and providers of children and young people’s services.

The information on this page relates to the Lambeth Local Offer, but Local Offers are also accessible in Croydon, Lewisham, Merton, Southwark and Wandsworth.

This is a national service providing information on topics including education, health and social care, benefits, childcare and medical conditions. They can also connect you with other families with children who have SEND.

Alternatively, you can email localoffer@lambeth.gov.uk or call 020 7926 9460 and ask to speak to the Local Offer officer to discuss your child’s needs.

The Local Offer hosts free monthly coffee mornings, which you can drop into to discuss your child’s needs with a member of the SEND team.
