About this event

The event has now been postponed as we are taking precautionary measures to protect our staff and volunteers and the public, and in order to prevent placing additional burdens on NHS or social care services. We are now postponing ALL face to face events for the time being.

If you are interested in the big health day and want to register your interest, get in touch and we will let you know when it's rescheduled.

This event is for Lambeth people who want to learn more about staying healthy.

We will talk about key health issues in Lambeth, including the Vital 5 key contributors to ill health which we should avoid, and we will get an introduction to Lambeth council's public health plan.

This will be followed by mini-information seminars on three topics:

  • Mental health
  • Physical health
  • Cancer prevention

There will be a range of information stalls from local and national groups, charities and services including: British Nutrition Foundation, Brockwell Green House, Cancer Research UK, Certitude, Disability Advice Service Lambeth, Lambeth Carers Hub, King’s Health Partners, Lambeth Public Health, Shine London, and Waterloo Oasis.
