Have your say on the Annual Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Family Survey

To ensure children and young people with SEND in Lambeth receive the best support possible, Lambeth Council are conducting their second Annual SEND Family Survey to collect information and your views to improve support and services for children and young people with SEND. The council are interested in your views across education, health and social care for children and young people from birth up to 25 years.

Lambeth Council Adult Social Care is recommissioning its prevention contract. Preventative services are about supporting people to be proactive about their health and wellbeing. The aim of these services is to increase independence and reduce or delay the need for statutory care and support services. To shape the future contract, Lambeth Council would like to hear from you.
