Take Part in the Annual SEND Parent/Carer Survey 2023

The survey will help providers understand how to better support those with Special Education Needs or Disabilities

Lambeth Council and the Integrated Care Board (NHS) are collecting information to improve support provided to children and young people with SEND (Special educational needs and disabilities). To do this, they are requesting parent/carer feedback via a survey on local services across all of education, health and social care for children and young people with SEND from birth up to 25 years.

The survey closes on Thursday 7 September 2023 and is available in different formats which can be requested by emailing send@lambeth.gov.uk. These include: 

• Talking through the questions and filling answers in for parents/carers over the phone

•  A copy in parent/carers own language

The anonymised results will be published on the Lambeth SEND Local Offer page in September. You can find the survey here.
