Feedback Report: April to June 2025

Read our quarterly Services Feedback Report, bringing together what people told us about their experience of using health and social care services from April to June 2025.

In this period, we heard most about GP services, as well as hospital services, dentistry, pharmacy, and mental health care. Common feedback concerned high-quality, but difficult to access GP care, issues with prescriptions and dispensing of medication, and waiting for hospital care and dentistry.

Our case studies include Kadijah's positive feedback of getting sexual health care at the GP, Lambeth residents' experiences of living with ADHD (featuring data from Healthwatch England's national survey), and how we helped Ellen and Donna understand translation service provision in primary care.

You can share your experience or feedback with us by:

The feedback received from patients and their carers is presented as we heard it, and some feedback may lack detailed information or context. Nonetheless, we highly value patients' and carers' time and effort in sharing their views and experiences with us. We also thank service providers for their time in listening to and acting on the experiences of those in their care.

By actively listening to the voices of the community, we have gained a better understanding of people’s perspectives and challenges they encounter when accessing healthcare, and can work collaboratively with providers and decision makers to improve care for all.
