Feedback Report: October to December 2025

Read our quarterly Services Feedback Report, bringing together what people told us about their experience of using health and social care services from October to December 2025.

In this period, we heard the most about GP and hospital services, as well as adult social care, urgent care, mental health services for children and adults, and public health. Common feedback concerned high quality of care at the GP and in hospital, booking GP appointments by telephone or online, communicating with and being listened to by GPs and hospital consultants, and waiting for treatment in hospital.

Our case studies include Martha and Fatima's feedback of the adaptations to their homes they received from Adult Social Care, helping Alec raise his concerns about triage at the GP surgery, and supporting Peter to find a GP after being deregistered.

You can share your experience or feedback with us by:

The feedback received from patients and their carers is presented as we heard it, and some feedback may lack detailed information or context. Nonetheless, we highly value patients' and carers' time and effort in sharing their views and experiences with us. We also thank service providers for their time in listening to and acting on the experiences of those in their care.

By actively listening to the voices of the community, we have gained a better understanding of people’s perspectives and challenges they encounter when accessing healthcare, and can work collaboratively with providers and decision makers to improve care for all.
